As a former CEO, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and business transformation coach, I have led complex projects across manufacturing, operations, global supply chains, technology and digital ecosystems.

A client faced problems with capacity utilisation and couldn't serve customer needs on time. Thorough value-stream analysis and TOC, plus focused kaizen activities, significantly improved capacity utilisation and OTIF.
Grade complexity and an ineffective change-over process were major bottlenecks causing high inventory and slow end-to-end flow. We trained teams, implemented SMED and rationalised product value streams.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training was delivered to the operations team, who went on to run several Six Sigma projects — achieving significant savings, defect mitigation and productivity gains.
A client kept spending on new lines due to ineffective procedures. We mapped end-to-end processes, standardised work and addressed bottlenecks — the client hasn't invested in a new line since.
Layout, work-cell design and line-balancing improvements drastically cut end-to-end inventories and improved productivity.
