We create short but intense trainings Because "TIME IS VALUE". Delivered over 5000+ hours of trainings globally and growing.
We also take up challenging industry engagements across multiple sectors to improve productivity, deploying our expertise in business excellence.
Client was facing problem with capacity utilization and unable to serve customer needs timely. We helped them introspect their problems with thorough Value stream analysis. By deploying focused kaizen activities, they were able to improve capacity utilization significantly along with major improvements in OTIF.
The complexity of grades along with ineffectiveness of change-over process was a major bottleneck resulting in high inventories and a very slow end to end process, at our client. We trained their teams, implemented SMED and helped them rationalize their product value streams.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training was imparted to the operations team. We assisted them finalize and run several Six Sigma projects, helping them achieve significant savings, defect mitigation in process and productivity improvements.
Client was constantly incurring expenditure on investment in new lines. Ineffective working procedures had become a norm. We helped them visualize their end-to-end processes, standardize their work procedures & address the bottlenecks effectively. With throughput augmentation and faster processing, the client has not again invested again in a new line.
We carried out improvements in Layout, work cell design, and line balancing to drastically cut down end to end inventories and improve productivity.
Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce defects in production, DOE for robust product development process, 5S trainings, resolving constraints deploying TOC methodology, Kaizen events, Lean leadership trainings & more.
